chromosome disorders. It was these founding parents' wish that CDO always work to
increase the awareness and understanding of these chromosome disorders. To do this

Support Our Online Store We have created a new online store with www.cafepress.com. Please support CDO by
purchasing any of the several products available on this page: www.cafepress.com/cdoinc - from t-shirts
to mugs to mouse pads. We receive a portion of the proceeds of all sales. These
funds will be used towards the many services CDO offers including our library, website,
general information mailings and providing memberships to families who cannot afford
membership fees.

eBay Chromosome Deletion Outreach, Inc. is now registered with eBay's Mission
Fish program. Any registered eBay user can list items and donate a percentage of
sale proceeds to CDO. Mission Fish collects the money, issues a receipt and the
donations are all tax deductible. Click the Giving Works link on the eBay.com home page and go to Shop by Nonprofits.
Then simply search for Chromosome Deletion Outreach, Inc. or CDO to view a listing
of items which when sold will provide a contribution to CDO.

Matching Employer Contributions Find out if your employer will match your
donation. If your employer does match employee contributions, request a matching
gift form, fill it out and send it to Chromosome Deletion Outreach, Inc. We will
complete our portion of the matching gift form and return it to your employer. The
matching funds will be sent directly to CDO.

Fundraising Ideas Support CDO through a Bake Sale, Car Wash, Walk-a-Thon,
Golf Tournament or other activities. Many of our members have successfully organized
events and helped us greatly over the years.
